[OOC] Persmissions!

So, Neko is both an illusionist and a memory manipulator, so this is OBVIOUSLY the kind of thing that could be abused if left unattended, and nobody wants that. Next I'll briefly explain how her powers work and you tell me how's that supposed to affect your character.

Illusions: They basically affect the five senses, to the point she can make someone in the middle of a storm think and feel like they are in a crowded city on the early afternoon. Anything she can think of, she can make others see. Her illusions don't have that pesky telepathic thing when you can get killed by then, but if you're no aware of what's going on you might get hurt anyway.

Memory Manipulation: Everything from making someone thing they have/haven't known someone else since before to make people forget/remember/remember incorrectly. This is a seriously messed up ability and Neko rarely uses it anyway, but regardless of your preferences (that said, even if you're cool with it) I'll always use it with prior OOC discussion. If you want to use her ability for some plot or anything, I'll be more than glad to be of help!

So yeah, just post here letting me know what works and what doesn't.

Shiki has 'Pure Eyes' that can witness supernatural phenomena, so he's actually under the psychic category himself. He should be able to kill parts of Neko's illusion given that he can cut anything, whether it's a normal physical object or a concept. He has eyes which let him see the death of everything.

Though, even if he killed Neko's current illusion, it wouldn't likely hinder her ability to create more of them.

Yukki:

• Illusions: Well, he did shatter Yuno's illusions, but considering the circumstances under which that happened, it's likely he can't do this unless he's under an extreme amount of stress, and it's basically a life-or-death situation.
  
• Memory Manipulation: Like you said, let's discuss that OOCly beforehand, though I'd prefer it not be on a permanent basis if it's related to canon things.

Red X:

• Illusions: Go for it. He has no defense against this.
  
• Memory Manipulation: Same as Yukki.

Lestat:

• Illusions: He has shown the ability to resist this in his canon, though likely not indefinitely.
  
• Memory Manipulation: Same as the other two.

She won't use her memory manipulation much here, considering she mostly used it on canon to make people think Shiro had always been around, and it was entirely for his sake. She could use it as a last resort defense, but that's another story.
